Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd has announced the promotion of Dipali Moharir to General Manager – Corporate HR. In this role, she will lead corporate-level HR strategy, strengthening people, culture, and leadership capability frameworks that support Tata AutoComp’s global manufacturing operations and its rapidly expanding electric vehicle component business.
With over two years at Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd, Dipali Moharir has steadily progressed within the organization. Prior to this promotion, she served as Deputy General Manager – Corporate HR, where she contributed to strengthening enterprise HR frameworks, talent systems, and people governance models across the company’s multi-business-unit structure.
Before joining Tata AutoComp, she built strong regional and functional HR leadership experience at Schindler Group, where she served as Head of HR – West and later as AGM Human Resources, leading HR strategy, workforce planning, and people transformation initiatives across western India operations.
Earlier, Dipali Moharir served as Head HR – Volvo Trucks at Volvo Group, supporting HR operations for India’s truck business, and prior to that spent over five years at Honeywell as Manager – Human Resources, where she strengthened talent, leadership development, and people operations frameworks.
She began her HR leadership career at Sterlite Technologies Limited, where she served for over six years as Deputy Manager – HR, gaining strong foundations in manufacturing HR, employee relations, and people development across large industrial operations. She holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur.
