Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Dipti Puri has joined Coverfox Insurance as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent development, and culture transformation as part of Coverfox’s broader mission—Protection for All, Everywhere. With nearly two decades of progressive HR leadership, she brings a wealth of experience in scaling people-first cultures at high-growth, mission-driven organizations.
Before taking on the CHRO role at Coverfox Insurance, Dipti Puri served as People Success Head at LoveLocal, where she spent nearly three years building HR frameworks aligned with the company’s growth trajectory. Her leadership was integral in shaping inclusive practices and agile team structures that empowered local retailers and digital commerce partnerships across India.
Prior to that, Dipti spent over eight years at GOQii, where she held the dual roles of Head – HR and HR Manager, managing a diverse workforce and designing wellness-centric employee experiences. Her journey at GOQii reflected her deep understanding of health-tech ecosystems and HR innovation tailored to rapidly evolving business needs.
Earlier, Dipti worked as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd., where she played a key role in streamlining HR operations and talent acquisition. She also gained early HR experience at IGT Solutions and Intelenet Group of Companies, where she honed her capabilities in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Dipti Puri combines a strategic mindset with operational excellence, making her a valuable asset to Coverfox’s executive leadership team. Her academic foundation includes a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
