New York, United States, January 2025 — Dipti Salopek has joined Real as the new Chief People Officer, bringing extensive expertise in HR leadership, organizational transformation, and executive coaching. In her new role, she will focus on enhancing talent strategies, fostering leadership development, and driving cultural excellence as Real continues its rapid growth in the real estate tech sector.
Prior to joining Real, Dipti Salopek served as the Chief People Officer at Corvus Insurance for nearly two years, where she played a key role in preparing the company for acquisition and managing post-merger employee integration.
Before Corvus, she held the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO and VP, Head of People at Snyk, where she supported strategic alignment and organizational scaling during a high-growth phase.
Salopek also served as VP, Head of People at Etsy, leading global HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at Criteo, American Express, Avanade, and UBS Investment Bank, focusing on M&A integration, leadership coaching, and global talent strategies.
She is also the Founder and Executive Coach at Spark Executive Coaching, where she has advised growth-stage CEOs on leadership effectiveness and organizational transformation since 2022.
