Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Disha Rambhiya has been named as the Head of Employee Experience at Capri Global Capital Ltd., where she will focus on driving employee engagement, workplace culture, and internal communication strategies to enhance the overall employee experience at the company.
Before joining Capri Global Capital Ltd., Disha Rambhiya spent nearly 11 years at HDFC Sales Private Limited, where she held multiple roles, most recently as Head of Employee Engagement & Communications. In this capacity, she led initiatives across employee wellness, rewards and recognition, corporate social responsibility (CSR), internal and external communication, and business contests. Her strategic efforts played a key role in fostering an engaging and high-performing work environment.
Prior to HDFC Sales, Disha worked at Firstsource Solutions Limited for over six years, where she was responsible for talent acquisition, background verification, and recruitment sourcing and delivery. Her expertise in HR strategy, engagement programs, and communications has significantly contributed to organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
Disha holds an MMS in Human Resources from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and a Master’s in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, equipping her with a strong academic foundation in HR leadership and business management.
