Lauren brings with her a robust background in strategic HR leadership, people development, and enterprise-scale transformation.
Prior to joining Bishop Lifting, Lauren served as Vice President, HR & HRBP at GD Energy Products, where she led a high-performing HR team serving 17 global manufacturing and office sites. In this role, she spearheaded talent initiatives, operationalized HR strategy, and drove business results through people-first programs.
Earlier in her tenure at GD Energy Products, she was Director, HR & HRBP, overseeing succession planning and M&A HR integration. Before that, Lauren spent nearly seven years at Gardner Denver in several key HR roles, including HR Business Partner & Manager and Senior Regional HR Generalist, driving engagement, compliance, and employee development.
Lauren’s early career includes HR roles at Tesoro Corporation, where she gained foundational experience in talent acquisition and benefits coordination, and an internship at PRIZIM, Inc. Her academic credentials include a Master’s in Human Resources and a SHRM-CP certification, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the HR profession.
