Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, May 2025 – Divya Kumar has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President – Human Resources at Bahwan CyberTek, a global digital transformation company. In this elevated position, Divya will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy across India and the APAC region, while also leading global organization development initiatives.
Divya has been a key part of Bahwan CyberTek’s HR team for nearly seven years. Her strategic leadership in talent engagement, organizational development, and business HR has played a critical role in shaping the company’s HR culture and operational effectiveness.
Prior to her appointment as Vice President, Divya served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Bahwan CyberTek for over two years. In this role, she headed business HR for India & APAC and managed global OD initiatives, overseeing HR frameworks, talent development strategies, and high-impact engagement programs.
Before that, she led Talent Engagement at Bahwan CyberTek, where she spearheaded global OD interventions and managed HR operations for over 3,000 employees. Her earlier stint as Senior Manager – Talent Engagement focused on implementing best-in-class HR practices, career progression frameworks, and organization health surveys across the globe.
Divya previously worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for nearly seven years, where she rose through the ranks from Assistant Manager to Manager, responsible for employee lifecycle strategies, performance management, training interventions, and competency development frameworks for a workforce of over 1,100.
Earlier in her career, Divya contributed to HR and performance training initiatives at Scope International, First Source Solutions, and Citi Group Global Services, where she built deep expertise in new hire engagement, culture development, employee retention, and customer service excellence.
