Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – Diwakkar Rautela has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition, India at Millennium, marking a significant leadership transition within the firm’s India operations. In this newly assumed role, Diwakkar will lead strategic hiring initiatives, drive talent acquisition excellence, and align hiring goals with Millennium’s global investment strategies.
Diwakkar joins Millennium after nearly eight years at Citi, where he served as Vice President – Talent Acquisition. He was instrumental in developing and executing scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume and niche roles across multiple business units. His contributions were critical in enhancing candidate experience, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and enabling Citi’s employer brand in the financial services industry.
Before Citi, Diwakkar spent close to two years with PricewaterhouseCoopers – Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC), where he held the position of Manager. At PwC, he contributed to global delivery model execution by driving high-performance talent acquisition practices across verticals and supporting transformation in advisory services.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Tech Mahindra for a cumulative period of over five years, holding leadership roles in both India and Australia. He later moved to BMC Software as a Global Recruitment Consultant, where he deepened his expertise in global hiring mandates, onboarding, and candidate engagement. His career began at Manpower, where he worked as a Consultant, building foundational experience in recruitment.
Diwakkar holds an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Bangalore University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Karnataka State Open University.
