Extensive Career at Accenture:
Dora Petrakis has dedicated nearly a decade to Accenture, climbing the ranks through various leadership roles within the company. Most recently, she held the position of Principal Director, Operations Lead, where she provided oversight for Accenture Operations PBPS Health Industry clients since June 2021. Her journey at Accenture also included a role as Global Benefits and Insurance Practice Leader, which she began in October 2020, focusing on strategic leadership and innovation within the practice.
Her recent appointment as Director – Global Lead encompasses a broader scope, where she will integrate her extensive expertise in benefits management with global HR strategies to enhance organizational practices worldwide.
Previous Experience:
Before her time at Accenture, Petrakis served as Vice President of Benefits and Administration at Alpha Natural Resources, where she was responsible for the total rewards strategy and HR administration from December 2009 until May 2014. Her role included significant enhancements to benefits programs and compliance frameworks, which aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Additionally, she held leadership positions at Bon Secours Health System as Director of HR Transformation Realization, where she led major HR transformation initiatives, improving processes and integrating advanced HRIS benefits administration systems from September 2002 to July 2009.

Petrakis also provided consulting services as a self-employed expert in Health and Welfare, and she held various significant roles in HR and benefits management at USI Affinity and Seabury and Smith, where she developed and managed comprehensive benefits plans and client relationships.
