Fort Myers, Florida, October 2024 – Dr. Brianne M. Lopez-Romano has been appointed as the Vice President of Learning at Elite DNA Behavioral Health. In her new role, Dr. Lopez-Romano will lead all organizational learning initiatives, including curriculum design, talent development, and the creation of learning programs aimed at fostering growth and innovation within the organization. She brings a wealth of experience in educational leadership and a passion for building impactful learning cultures.
Prior to joining Elite DNA, Dr. Lopez-Romano served as the High School Administrator for Teaching & Learning at City of Cape Coral Charter Schools for over five years. In this role, she implemented innovative strategies to drive student success, developed data-driven interventions, and established systems to support student and staff development. Her efforts earned her recognition from the Florida Department of Education for improved student performance.
Before her time at Cape Coral, she worked for nearly five years as an Elementary Assistant Principal within the School District of Lee County. Dr. Lopez-Romano led transformative initiatives, including the development of professional development programs for staff, the implementation of behavior intervention programs, and the design of systems to improve academic outcomes in Title I schools.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Lopez-Romano held roles as a Professional Development and Curriculum Resource Educator and an Educator in both Lee County School District and Three Village School District. In these roles, she focused on teacher training, curriculum development, and fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
