Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2025 – Dr. Neeta Pant has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at GD Goenka Group, bringing with her over two decades of HR leadership experience across the education, healthcare, and financial services sectors. With a strong foundation in human resources transformation, policy development, and process optimization, she will play a pivotal role in driving workforce strategies and enhancing organizational culture at GD Goenka Group.
Prior to this appointment, Dr. Pant served as Head of Human Resources at Pathways School Gurgaon for nearly 12 years, where she led HR strategy, talent management, and executive coaching initiatives. Her leadership played a crucial role in aligning HR functions with educational excellence while fostering a people-first culture. Additionally, her background as a clinical psychologist and social work specialist provides her with a unique perspective on workplace well-being and employee engagement.
As CHRO of GD Goenka Group, Dr. Pant will oversee HR strategy, talent management, and workforce development, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader objectives. She will lead initiatives to enhance HR policies, streamline processes, and drive a culture of continuous learning and development across the institution’s 240+ schools and its renowned university.
