Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – Dr. Nitiraj Gandhi has started a new position as Director at Oliver Wyman, taking on a leadership role across the IMEA region. In this capacity, he will guide clients through high-stakes decisions and transformative moments, leveraging deep industry insight, specialised expertise, and collaborative problem-solving.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Dr. Gandhi served as Managing Partner at Medium Healthcare Consulting, where he led large-scale strategic consulting engagements across five countries and drove the firm’s highest turnover performance. Earlier, as Executive Vice President – APAC at THB, he led the Providers segment across APAC, driving one of the largest revenue portfolios in the Indian digital health space, particularly across diagnostic chains and hospitals.
Dr. Gandhi has also held influential industry and policy roles, including Chair – Global Proposal Review Task Force at HIMSS and Committee Member – Health Informatics Sectional Committee at Bureau of Indian Standards. His earlier leadership roles span IQVIA, Ernst & Young, and Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., where he led pricing, strategy, clinical governance, performance measurement, and operational excellence initiatives across healthcare ecosystems.
He began his corporate journey with Reliance, where he worked on strategic consulting, business planning, and international collaborations, building a strong foundation in organisational capability and growth strategy.
