Miami, Florida, United States, April 2025 – Dr. Priscilla Torres has been appointed as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Health Choice Network. This marks a significant milestone in her 13-year journey with the organization, where she continues to advance a people-centric mission that impacts community health across the country.
Prior to her new role, Dr. Priscilla Torres served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Health Choice Network for nearly four years, where she was instrumental in leading human capital strategy, workforce development, and employee engagement initiatives. She also held the position of Director of Organization and Talent Development, where she led succession planning, change management, and performance optimization.

Earlier roles at Health Choice Network include serving as HR Business Partner/Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and starting her journey as a Human Resources Intern. Over the years, she has grown within the organization through her dedication to building a strong, mission-driven workplace culture.
Beyond HCN, Dr. Torres has actively contributed to the HR profession as Immediate Past President and Board President of the HR Association of Broward County (HRABC), where she supported local HR leadership and development. She also teaches Organizational Behavior as an Adjunct Professor at Broward College and serves as a Certified Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Team.
Her earlier experience includes working with HOPE South Florida, Mercedes-Benz USA, and LITTLE HAVANA ACTIVITIES AND NUTRITION CENTERS, reflecting a commitment to service and leadership across community and corporate sectors.
