Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer – Data Centers, India, where he will be responsible for leading the organization’s strategic initiatives in mission-critical infrastructure. With a career spanning over 25 years in the data center, procurement, and real estate sectors, Dr. Bhaumik brings deep expertise in project execution, supply chain transformation, and operational leadership.
In his previous role as Director – Data Center Country Lead at CBRE, Dr. Bhaumik oversaw the development and management of large-scale, critical facilities. He was instrumental in aligning engineering strategies with corporate growth objectives, delivering cutting-edge data center environments, and managing end-to-end operations for high-impact clients. His leadership established CBRE as a go-to partner in India’s data center ecosystem.
Before CBRE, Dr. Bhaumik served as Director Procurement and Head Global PMO at NTT Global Sourcing, where he led CAPEX and OPEX sourcing for over 75 data centers worldwide and streamlined global procurement strategies across 950+ business units. His strategic vision also shaped major transformation efforts during mergers and acquisitions. Previous leadership positions at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield further solidified his command over sourcing, category management, and infrastructure planning.
At Listenlights, Dr. Bhaumik is expected to elevate the company’s footprint in hyperscale, colocation, cloud, and edge data centers by integrating emerging technologies such as AI infrastructure and enhancing customer-centric growth. His appointment marks a pivotal step in Listenlights’ journey toward scaling its impact across India’s rapidly evolving digital and data-driven economy.
