In this strategic role, Dr. Mohapatra will contribute his deep experience in corporate governance, HR strategy, and organizational transformation to guide the company’s board-level decisions and growth roadmap.
Dr. Mohapatra brings over three decades of leadership experience, most notably as Director (HR) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, where he led numerous people-centric transformation initiatives and oversaw talent strategy for one of India’s largest public sector undertakings. His tenure also included serving as Chairman of Indian Oil (Mauritius) Ltd. and Lanka IOC PLC, adding significant international exposure to his corporate governance capabilities.
Prior to his directorship at IndianOil, Dr. Mohapatra held multiple leadership roles including Executive Director, Managing Director (Mauritius), and General Manager, West Bengal State Office, where he successfully led business operations, change management, and logistics transformation across regions.
Currently, he also serves as Independent Director at OfBusiness, Advisor at National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and previously helmed the IndianOil Institute of Petroleum Management. His multi-sectoral leadership across public sector enterprises, international subsidiaries, and skilling organizations reinforces his strategic foresight and operational acumen.
