Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – In-Solutions Global Ltd (ISG) is excited to announce the elevation of Dr. Tanaya Mishra to the role of Global Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective August 2024. In her new role, Dr. Mishra will lead the organization’s HR strategies globally, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high-performance across ISG’s diverse workforce.
Dr. Mishra’s journey with ISG began in August 2024, and within a short span, she has been appointed as Global CHRO, a testament to her exemplary contributions and strategic HR leadership. Alongside her new role at ISG, she also serves as an HRM Committee Member at the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Prior to joining ISG, Dr. Mishra was the Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Endo from September 2022 to August 2024, where she played a pivotal role in strategizing HR roadmaps, launching talent initiatives like the Pharma Trainee Scheme, and spearheading cultural transformation.
Before her tenure at Endo, Dr. Mishra held the position of Global CHRO at Strides from June 2021 to September 2022. She was instrumental in managing M&A processes, talent assessments, and cultural transformation, contributing to the organization’s overall growth.
Her leadership experience also includes her time as the Global CHRO at Essar, where she led cross-functional teams, drove strategic workforce planning across geographies, and supported a business strategy worth USD 4 billion.
Dr. Mishra also held key leadership roles at Accenture, where she served as Managing Director, HR (APAC), leading initiatives around HR innovation, mental wellness, and industrial relations across a workforce of 140,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at JSW, ACC Limited, Shoppers Stop, and Firstsource, bringing a wealth of expertise in human resources across multiple sectors.
