Wilmington, Delaware, United States, January 2025 – Dr. Tina G. has been appointed as Chief People & Equity Officer at Save the Children US. In this pivotal leadership role, Dr. Tina will oversee the organization’s human resources strategies and equity initiatives, ensuring alignment with the mission of creating lasting change for children globally. Her extensive background in HR leadership and equity-driven initiatives positions her to further enhance Save the Children’s impact and organizational culture.
Dr. Tina most recently served as Chief People & Culture Officer at Save the Children US from February 2023 to January 2025, where she successfully led efforts in HR strategy, talent management, and DEI programs, creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment.

Before joining Save the Children US, Dr. Tina held several leadership roles at Pacific Life, including Enterprise Leader of DEI & Talent Development, Leader of Enterprise Talent Development and HR Business Partner, and AVP of Human Resources, Training, and Facilities. Over her six years at Pacific Life, she developed transformative HR and DEI programs that drove organizational success.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Tina was Vice President of Human Resources at Genworth, where she focused on enhancing HR practices and employee engagement. She also served at Advance Auto Parts as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, showcasing her ability to implement innovative HR strategies and lead talent initiatives. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at Nationwide Insurance and Compensation Analyst at the Virginia Department of Transportation, highlighting her expertise across diverse industries.
