Hamburg, Germany, April 2026 – PLATH Corporation GmbH has announced the appointment of Dr. Verena Heeschen as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective April 1, 2026. In this role, she will lead the Group-wide HR strategy with a strong focus on transformation and growth.
Dr. Verena Heeschen brings extensive experience in strategic and operational HR leadership within technology-driven environments. Over the course of her career, she has held key leadership roles at organizations such as Axel Springer, Neusoft Technology Solutions, NOVENTI Health, and Fieldfisher, where she has built HR organizations, led transformation initiatives, and aligned people strategies with broader corporate objectives.
At PLATH Corporation, she will focus on advancing group-wide HR structures and professionalizing central HR processes, with particular emphasis on leadership development, talent strategy, and the digitization of HR systems. Her mandate also includes supporting the company’s continued expansion and strengthening organizational capabilities.

Her prior experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Board Member for HR and Legal at NOVENTI Health, where she led large-scale HR transformation initiatives, implemented HR business partner models, and drove digitalization across HR systems. She has also worked extensively in international environments, leading organizational development, restructuring, and cross-border HR strategies across Europe and Asia.
