Boston, Massachusetts, United States, September 2024 – Drew Hussar has joined TA Realty as the Director, Head of Human Resources, where he will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development. With a strong background in human resources, Drew will be instrumental in driving HR strategies that align with the firm’s growth and long-term vision.
Prior to joining TA Realty, Drew served as Director, Head of Human Resources at PanAgora Asset Management for over six years. In this role, he managed the HR function across multiple departments, ensuring that human capital strategies supported the firm’s operational needs and cultural growth.
Drew’s earlier experience includes over a decade at Harvard Management Company, where he held roles such as Sr. HR Generalist (Vice President) and Human Resources Generalist (Assistant VP). At Harvard, he led employee relations, compensation, benefits, immigration, and HR analytics initiatives, helping to modernize the organization’s HR functions. Drew also held various HR roles at Harvard University and Harvard Medical School, contributing significantly to recruiting, staffing, and employee development initiatives.
Drew began his career as a Sr. Associate/Director of Research at DHR International, an executive search firm, where he specialized in talent acquisition for top-tier organizations.
