Houston, Texas, United States, March 2025 – Eboni Taylor Mallett has taken on a new role as Head of People at Vaulted Deep, a rapidly growing sustainability-focused technology company that provides carbon and waste management solutions through deep geological injection. In her new role, Eboni will lead talent strategy, culture transformation, and employee experience as Vaulted Deep continues its scale-up journey following its successful $32 million Series A funding and $58.3 million offtake agreement with Frontier.
Eboni joins Vaulted Deep from Repsol, where she served as Senior Director, People and Organization. She played a key role in integrating ConnectGen into Repsol following its acquisition, while also steering people strategy through a high-growth energy environment. Prior to Repsol, she was HR Director, Corporate at Bristow Group, leading HR for global aviation operations.

Before that, Eboni led HR and administrative services at PetroChina International (America), Inc., where she managed workforce strategy, compliance, and employee engagement during a phase of international expansion. Her earlier career includes impactful roles at Athena Energy, Marathon Oil Corporation, and Chevron, where she spent over eight years in progressive HR roles, including HR Business Partner, Learning & Development Advisor, and Talent Management Consultant.
Eboni holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from Baylor University. She is also currently an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine, an HRTech platform focused on employee engagement.
