Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, March 2025 – Tulika Balachander has stepped into a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition at Al Masaood Group, one of the Middle East’s largest integrated industrial and commercial conglomerates. In this role, Tulika will lead talent strategy and acquisition initiatives across the Group’s 18 diverse market segments, playing a key role in scaling its workforce to meet evolving business demands.
Prior to joining Al Masaood Group, Tulika was with CoStar Group as part of the Executive and GTM Recruitment team, where she led senior-level hiring in the UK market for a global real estate intelligence platform. Earlier, she served as Sr. Director at Talos, a Series B institutional crypto trading tech platform, where she implemented strategic HR initiatives, improved hiring efficiency, and introduced programs that enhanced the company’s employer branding.

Tulika also served as Manager, Talent Acquisition at Qualtrics, where she led recruiting efforts across EMEA and significantly improved time-to-hire metrics and offer acceptance rates. Before that, she had a nearly nine-year tenure at Gartner, progressing through multiple roles from Talent Sourcer to Senior Recruiter, managing high-volume GTM and enterprise sales hiring across EMEA.
Her earlier experiences include HR leadership and recruitment roles at Sify Technologies, Randstad India (Ma Foi), and Infomedia18 Ltd, where she developed a strong foundation in workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment marketing. She holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, and has recently completed certifications including Chartered MCIPD and SAP SuccessFactors.
