His distinguished career spans HR, legal, corporate affairs, and communication roles in both listed and non-listed corporations across sectors such as power, steel, infrastructure, and finance, making him a valuable asset to HR TODAY.
Rajeev Bhadauria has held pivotal roles in renowned organizations, including NTPC, where he began his career as an HR Management Trainee in 1987 and later led HR for the Northern Region. He went on to become the Group President HR at Reliance ADA Group, overseeing HR for major divisions including Reliance Infrastructure, and played a critical role in Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. as Whole-Time Director HR, where he also oversaw legal and communication functions across the company’s global operations. His expertise was further honed through his tenure as a Senior Industry Expert for Mercer India in organizational development and effectiveness.
Post his corporate career, Rajeev founded Ebullient, a human resource and organizational development consultancy focusing on business-centric HR systems and redefining leadership paradigms. His work in coaching and mentoring senior executives with a forward-looking perspective has earned him a prominent place in the industry. He has also co-founded Mytransform.com, an innovative career counseling and learning platform, contributing to his mission of making India’s youth employable by 2025.
Most recently, Rajeev Bhadauria has served as Chief Mentor at Garware Hitech Films Ltd. and is currently an Advisor to the Reliance ADA Group, based in Delhi. He continues to serve as an Independent Director on the board of Relaxo Footwears Ltd., further solidifying his leadership and governance expertise. Rajeev’s visionary approach, combining HR business partnering with consulting, coaching, and academic acumen, makes him a standout thought leader in the HR and business domain.
