Ankara, Turkey, March 2025 – Ecem Köksal Alpöz has been appointed as Head of People and Culture at INFINIA, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent development, and workplace culture initiatives. Before joining INFINIA, Ecem served as People and Culture Manager at Onedio.com, where she was responsible for HR transformation, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. She also contributed to employee experience programs and talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Prior to Onedio.com, she was a Human Resources Specialist at MilSOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş., where she played a key role in performance management, HRIS implementation, and compliance with labor laws. Earlier in her career, she gained extensive HR experience at SOLAR Patlayıcı Maddeler Sanayi A.Ş. and BİLSİSTEK Bilişim Sistemleri, focusing on talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
With a career spanning nearly a decade in HR leadership, recruitment, and cultural transformation, Ecem brings deep expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Her extensive experience in HR operations and employee engagement will be instrumental in shaping INFINIA’s people and culture vision.
