With nearly 20 years of HR and business experience across various industries, including automotive, IT & telecommunication, and textile & retail, Rettinger brings a comprehensive approach to human resources, encapsulated in her philosophy of “360° People & Digital Centric Holistic HR.”
In addition to her role as CHRO, Edda Rettinger will join the company’s Group Management, marking a strategic move to integrate employee needs more closely with business management.
