Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, April 2025 – Edsel Mendoza has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Execo, a next-generation legal services provider transforming the legal industry through the thoughtful integration of GenAI and human expertise. In this role, Edsel will lead global people strategy, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, DEI, and organizational transformation across Execo’s multi-country operations.
In addition to his new HR leadership role, Edsel continues to serve as Country Managing Director, Philippines, a position he has held for over two years. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in shaping Execo’s strategic presence in the Philippines, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting the company’s accelerated growth.
Prior to joining Execo, Edsel worked at FareRx as Director, HR and Security Compliance, where he built compliance frameworks while aligning HR operations to healthcare-specific challenges. His earlier leadership journey includes serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at Bolton Labs and Bolton Remote, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, scaling teams, and building high-performance work cultures.
Earlier in his career, Edsel held a series of digital and content-focused roles, which laid the foundation for his unique blend of communication, analytics, and people leadership that now drives his success in HR.
