Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, February 2025 – Che Zulhaimee Abdullah has joined Agrobank, Malaysia as Chief People Officer, bringing over three decades of HR leadership experience across banking, automotive, aerospace, and telecom sectors. In his new role, he will lead human capital strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation, ensuring Agrobank continues to attract and retain top talent to drive its business objectives.

Before joining Agrobank, Che Zulhaimee Abdullah served as Vice President, Human Resources at Honda Malaysia for nearly six years, where he was instrumental in strategic HR leadership, talent development, and employer branding initiatives. His contributions helped position Honda Malaysia as an employer of choice in the region.

Prior to that, he was General Manager, Group Human Capital & Administration at CTRM Aero Composites for nearly five years, leading organizational development, employee engagement, and talent transformation. Under his leadership, CTRM received multiple industry awards for HR excellence and employer branding.

He also held key HR leadership roles at Proton, Standard Chartered Bank, and Telekom Malaysia, where he played a pivotal role in industrial relations, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives. His extensive experience in managing unions, driving business transformation, and implementing HR policies makes him a valuable addition to Agrobank’s leadership team.
