Industry veteran with 34 years of international experience to drive project execution, operational excellence and quality delivery across Elan Group’s expanding real estate and infrastructure portfolio.
Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 — Elan Group has announced the appointment of Mark Griffiths as Chief Operating Officer – Projects. The appointment marks a significant step in strengthening the group’s project delivery capabilities as it continues to scale its real estate and infrastructure footprint.
Mr. Griffiths brings with him over 34 years of global experience across complex construction, infrastructure and large-scale real estate developments in India, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Before joining Elan Group, he had held senior leadership roles with some of the world’s leading construction and development firms including Leighton Asia, Lodha Group, Laing O’Rourke, John Holland and most recently at Albawani in Riyadh, where he served as Portfolio Director overseeing critical components of NEOM’s mega-projects.
During his tenure as Country Manager-India at Leighton Asia, Mr. Griffiths led national operations delivering projects worth over USD 2 billion in the real estate sector Pan-India, growing the business at a sustained pace and upholding excellence in project execution. At Lodha Group, he assisted in further strengthening large residential portfolios through enhanced pre-contracts, safety and quality frameworks.
At Elan Group, Mr. Griffiths will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, strengthening delivery timelines, cost control, quality standards and operational efficiencies across the company’s growing portfolio of developments.

Mr. Griffiths holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Canberra, Australia and is known for combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership across large, multi-stakeholder projects.
