Ennis has been a key leader at Enshored for the past four years, holding pivotal roles in Client Success and Business Growth. Prior to her appointment as Chief People Officer, she served as Global Head of Client Success, where she drove strategic initiatives to enhance business development, client satisfaction, and retention. Her expertise in strategic partnerships, business transformation, and workforce management has been instrumental in Enshored’s expansion.

Before this, Ennis was Head of Client Success, where she integrated client engagement strategies with operational efficiencies to improve service quality and customer retention. She initially joined Enshored as a Client Services Manager, where she successfully managed relationships with over 20 international clients, aligning their needs with business process outsourcing solutions.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Ennis is actively involved in nonprofit and community-focused initiatives. She serves as Program Director at Empowered Health Foundation, where she develops educational and outreach programs to support underserved populations. Additionally, she has experience in arts education, museum programming, and community engagement, demonstrating a strong commitment to cultural development and public service.
