Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, Elizabeth spent over seven years at EY, where she held multiple leadership roles in the financial services division. As Associate Director, HR Business Partner, she was instrumental in driving HR strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives. Before that, as Assistant Director, HR Business Partner, she played a key role in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management across the organization.
