Prior to joining OneAmerica, Elizabeth was the Talent Management Lead at Humana, where she utilized human-centered design to develop leadership solutions and align programming with organizational strategies. She also served as Senior Talent Management Professional, focusing on executive leadership development and clinical leadership capability.
At BrightSpring Health Services, Elizabeth excelled as a Leadership and Organizational Development Specialist, designing and deploying leadership development solutions and managing talent management strategies to address business needs effectively. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Equian, Virginia Housing Development Authority, and Western Illinois University, where she developed expertise in training, talent development, and employee engagement.
