Kerala, India, February 2026 – Elizabeth Tina Rijo has started her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Xpert One, bringing a strong blend of HR leadership and legal expertise to the fast-growing business consultancy firm.
In her new position, Elizabeth will lead the Human Resources function, supporting Xpert One’s mission to empower entrepreneurs with integrated HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations solutions. Her appointment comes at a time when organisations are increasingly seeking structured people practices and compliance-led growth frameworks to scale efficiently.
Before joining Xpert One, Elizabeth served as Senior Manager – HR, Legal & Admin at Quanolytics, where she managed cross-functional HR and legal responsibilities. Prior to that, she spent over seven years with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences – School of Vocational Education, progressing from Legal Manager to Senior Legal/HR Manager. During her tenure, she led end-to-end contract lifecycle management, strengthened compliance frameworks, streamlined legal documentation processes, and managed recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and policy training initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held legal leadership roles with Neural IT, Vedicure Healthcare and Wellness, and Madhavbaug, building a strong foundation in legal drafting, compliance governance, and employee relations.
Elizabeth is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (Human Resources Development) from the European Global Institute of Innovation & Technology (EU Global) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (HR Management) from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
Her combined expertise across legal compliance, HR strategy, and organisational development positions her well to strengthen Xpert One’s people and governance framework as it continues to scale.
