Cambridge, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Ellis Reinman has taken on the role of Head of People at Bango, a key leadership position that will see them responsible for driving the company’s people strategy, talent development, and HR innovation as Bango expands its global reach in digital monetization.
Ellis Reinman brings over six years of dedicated experience at Bango, steadily progressing through multiple HR leadership roles. Prior to being named Head of People, they most recently served as Senior People Business Partner, where they contributed to strategic people initiatives and talent solutions. Earlier, they worked as People Business Partner, and previously as Internal Recruiter, supporting end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding during a period of rapid organizational growth.
Before joining Bango, Ellis spent over two years at Atalian Servest UK & Ireland, where they advanced from Resourcing Coordinator to Resourcing Advisor. In these roles, Ellis led talent acquisition efforts, streamlined recruitment processes, and supported workforce planning across the organization.
Earlier in their career, Ellis held the position of Recruitment Assistant – Medical Staffing at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, managing recruitment operations for clinical and non-clinical staff, and building expertise in healthcare staffing. They also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, focusing on talent solutions for a diverse client portfolio in Bury St Edmunds.
Ellis began their career as an HR Intern at Forest Heath District Council & St Edmundsbury Borough Council (now West Suffolk Council), gaining foundational experience in HR operations, policy support, and recruitment projects.
