Her appointment brings deep experience across brand leadership, product innovation, and go-to-market activation, spanning both high-growth businesses and established consumer brands.
Parker joins Elmhurst® 1925 alongside her ongoing work as Founder and President of DotMap Marketing Partners LLC, where she supports small to medium-sized businesses with strategic marketing and growth initiatives—connecting brand to demand through identity, product strategy, and activation planning.
Prior to Elmhurst® 1925, she served as Vice President Marketing at QUINN, where she built and led a modern marketing organization for the PE-backed better-for-you snack brand. Her work included establishing a marketing operating model, leading brand refresh initiatives across packaging and creative systems, and activating integrated programs designed to strengthen shelf impact and consumer engagement.
Earlier, Parker was Vice President Marketing at Otter Products, where she helped drive a consumer-centric transformation across the portfolio, spanning both B2C and B2B business models. She also held leadership roles at Nestlé Purina North America, contributing to strategic planning, brand growth, and innovation across large-scale portfolios, and began her marketing journey with roles at The Hershey Company and Leo Burnett.
Alongside her executive roles, Parker has also contributed through advisory and academic engagements, including service on an advisory board and work as an adjunct professor focused on marketing strategy and planning.
About Elmhurst® 1925
About Elmhurst® 1925 — Elmhurst® 1925 is a plant-based beverage company crafting dairy alternatives using its HydroRelease™ method, which uses water to harness nutrition from raw grains, nuts, or seeds—creating naturally creamy products without added gums, oils, or emulsifiers. Its product portfolio includes plant milks, Barista Editions, creamers, and newer offerings such as sour cream and lattes. Founded in 2017, the company traces its roots to Elmhurst Dairy, established in 1925 in Queens, New York, and later pivoted to plant-based products. “After 92 years in business, it was time to embrace a new model and look towards to the future. My father was ahead of his time and I want to continue that legacy — to lead the plant-based revolution, and create clean label products that are just as delicious and nutritionally robust as dairy milk” – Henry Schwartz
