Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, August 2024 – Shashikanth Jayaraman has embarked on a new journey as CHRO & Chief of Staff at MulticoreWare Inc. In this dual role, Shashikanth will lead the company’s people strategy, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Additionally, he will act as a strategic advisor to business unit heads and fellow executives, facilitating cross-functional synergies to drive MulticoreWare’s growth and operational excellence.
Shashikanth Jayaraman has been with MulticoreWare Inc for over four years. Before his current role, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer from April 2023 to August 2024, where he led the global HR strategy across the United States, China, and India. Earlier, he was the Vice President – Global Human Resources, responsible for implementing HR strategies that focused on talent attraction, retention, engagement, and development. Shashikanth also conceptualized an L&D strategy to nurture next-gen leaders and forged industry-academic collaborations for research and internships.
Prior to joining MulticoreWare, Shashikanth held the position of Head – Human Resources (Sales Org) at Vedantu, where he managed the HR function for the company’s largest workforce, significantly increasing manpower and enhancing talent engagement. He also served as Director & Head – Human Resources at DISYS, where he led HR initiatives for the India operations, developed L&D programs, and implemented a full-cycle HRMS.
Shashikanth’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident during his tenure as CEO & Principal Advisor at Hex Advisory Private Limited, a venture he founded to provide HR consulting services to family-run businesses, start-ups, and SMEs. His extensive experience also includes leadership roles at TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, Reliance Retail, RBS (ABN Amro Central Enterprise Service Private Limited), and Amtex Systems Inc.
