In this role, he led a field HR team of 11 professionals and partnered with regional leaders to implement business-aligned HR strategies, oversee M&A integration, and drive performance through robust workforce planning and operational excellence.

Earlier roles at US LBM included HR Business Partner, Market HR Manager, and HR Generalist, through which he steadily advanced by leading compliance, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives across multi-state operations.
