Cairo, Egypt, November 2025 — Agrumaria Reggina has announced the appointment of Emad Wassef as its new Head of Human Resources, marking a strategic leadership addition as the company continues expanding its global presence across natural ingredients, flavors, essential oils, and botanical systems. Emad brings close to two decades of experience in HR leadership across multinational and regional organizations, strengthening Agrumaria Reggina’s commitment to people development, culture, and organizational excellence.
Emad joins Agrumaria Reggina after serving as Regional HR Manager, Employee Relations for Asia, Middle East, and Africa at GSK, where he spent more than two years strengthening ER frameworks, driving cross-regional governance, and supporting strategic HR decisions across diverse markets. His role at GSK enhanced his expertise in complex workforce environments, regulatory alignment, and culture-building across emerging markets.
Before GSK, Emad worked with Edita Food Industries as HR Business Partner Deputy Manager, where he contributed to business-aligned HR operations and talent development initiatives. His earlier experience at EVA Cosmetics – Egypt spans nearly nine years across progressively senior HR roles—HR Section Head, HR Senior Supervisor, HR Supervisor, and HR Senior Specialist—supporting organizational development, people processes, compliance, and performance systems in a fast-growing FMCG environment.
Emad also spent over six years with BAMAG International GmbH as HR Senior Specialist, building a strong foundation in HR operations, employee management, and workforce support in industrial settings. He began his career as an English Teacher at Saint George’s College (IGCSE Certified), where he developed communication and facilitation skills that later strengthened his HR leadership profile.
