Emily’s journey with Making Moves London spans over six years, where she has grown through multiple roles within the company. Most recently, she served as People Operations Lead, where she focused on strengthening organizational culture, improving employee experience, and aligning people operations with business performance.

Before taking on that role, Emily was the Operations and HR Manager, where she played a central role in driving HR operations, streamlining people processes, and enhancing internal communication. Her work contributed to building a cohesive and motivated team that supported the company’s dynamic property advisory operations.

Earlier in her journey with the firm, Emily served as Operations Coordinator, where she was responsible for managing the logistics and coordination of office relocations for clients. Her early contributions demonstrated her operational expertise and deep understanding of client needs, setting a strong foundation for her future leadership in people and culture.

Emily began her professional journey with Refresh Public Relations as a PR Assistant, gaining valuable experience in communications, stakeholder management, and brand engagement. She holds a Business Management degree from Newcastle University, where she developed her foundational understanding of organizational behavior and strategic management.
