Emily Mason has been with Northwestern Mutual for approximately seven years, most recently serving as Senior HR Business Partner – Technology. Her earlier roles at Northwestern Mutual include Senior Director, Talent Management and Enterprise Learning, and Director, Talent Optimization, where she contributed significantly to enhancing talent strategies across the organization.
