Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, January 2025 – Emily Mason has been appointed as the Vice President, Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for the Strategy Function at Northwestern Mutual. In this role, she will be responsible for leading HR strategies for the company’s newly formed Strategy function, focusing on enhancing talent development and workforce strategies.
Emily Mason has been with Northwestern Mutual for approximately seven years, most recently serving as Senior HR Business Partner – Technology. Before that, she held the role of Vice President, Talent Development, where she led enterprise learning initiatives and leadership development programs. Her earlier roles at Northwestern Mutual include Senior Director, Talent Management and Enterprise Learning, and Director, Talent Optimization, where she contributed significantly to enhancing talent strategies across the organization.
Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Emily spent over 11 years at Rockwell Automation in various leadership roles, including Talent Effectiveness Director and Manager of Technical Talent Management, where she played a pivotal role in talent management strategies and leadership development. She also held earlier roles as Test Engineering Manager and Project Engineer during her tenure with the organization.
