London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Emma Le Bargy has taken on the new role of Head of People & Culture at Mobsta Ltd – Certified B Corp®, a company renowned for its commitment to people, planet, and purpose. In her new role, Emma will lead Mobsta’s HR strategy, employee engagement, and culture initiatives, supporting the organization’s mission to integrate ethical business practices with digital innovation.
Emma brings over a decade of comprehensive HR experience to her new position. Most recently, she served for nearly 10 years at 4most, where she progressed from HR & Admin Assistant to Head of People. Over this period, she played a pivotal role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, driving policy implementation, performance management, and organizational development for the firm.
Prior to 4most, Emma worked with Ipes (now part of Apex Group Ltd) as an HR Administrator, where she managed onboarding, reference checks, and various HR coordination responsibilities. She also contributed to Terra Firma Capital Management as an Office Assistant, supporting executive teams in a high-paced private equity setting.
Her early experience includes HR and recruitment roles at G4S, British Council, and Vauvert Primary School, where she cultivated a strong foundation in people operations, employee engagement, and talent development across diverse environments.
