In her new role, Era will lead enterprise-wide people strategy to support Cencora’s growth trajectory and mission of delivering healthier futures through pharmaceutical innovation and access.
Era brings over 15 years of progressive global HR leadership experience across industries such as healthcare, advanced technology, and manufacturing. Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President of HR – Corporate Functions and HR Transformation at Avantor, where she led HR strategy for critical business units including IT, Finance, Legal, and Global Communications.
Earlier in her career, Era held several key leadership roles at TE Connectivity, including Head of HR – Sensors Business Unit, Head of HR for North America, and Talent Development Director, where she drove organizational design, workforce transformation, and global M&A integrations. She has also held leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, managing HR for manufacturing and supply chain operations across the Americas.
