Srinivas N Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at BirlaNu

Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2025 – Srinivas N has taken on a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at BirlaNu, the innovative home and building products company under the CK Birla Group. In this strategic leadership position, he will be instrumental in driving the company’s people agenda across its domestic and international operations, shaping HR transformation and talent strategies aligned with BirlaNu’s growth ambitions.

Srinivas brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience, with a deep understanding of organizational development, culture-building, and workforce engagement across manufacturing and industrial sectors. Prior to joining BirlaNu, he served as Executive Vice President – Human Resources at Orient Cement, a CK Birla Group company, for over 11 years. During this tenure, he led end-to-end HR initiatives, played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategy, and contributed to its transformation into a high-performance organization.

Before his time at Orient Cement, Srinivas held the role of Vice President – Human Resources at KEC International Ltd., a flagship company of the RPG Group, where he managed HR for the Power Systems, Cables, and Solar businesses. His initiatives significantly strengthened talent capability and operational excellence across these verticals.

He also spent over eight years with Crompton Greaves, where he rose to Assistant General Manager – Corporate HR, and was deputed as CEO of a JV company, CGPPI Adhesives Products Limited. His diverse responsibilities ranged from corporate HR strategy to business leadership, showcasing his versatility and depth of experience.

Earlier in his career, Srinivas worked with Ion Exchange India Ltd and Sriman Organics Chemicals Limited, gaining foundational HR experience and building a reputation for his structured, people-first leadership style.
