Pune, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Kirloskar Chillers has announced that Eras Lodhi has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. She brings approximately 24 years of HR experience across engineering, IT, textiles, consulting, and consumer durables, with work spanning organisational transformation, leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
In her career journey, Eras Lodhi is currently associated with Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited as Head HR – International Business Unit. Prior to this, she spent over eight years with Voltas Limited – A TATA Enterprise, where she served as Head HR – Corporate and Support Functions and earlier as Head of Talent Management, with responsibilities across capability building, leadership pipeline, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee value proposition, HR digitalisation, restructuring, and HR operations.
Earlier, she worked with Schneider Electric as Head – Talent Management, Global Supply Chain, India, focusing on talent reviews, talent development and technical talent programs. She also served at Arvind Ltd. as Head HR – Advanced Materials Division, covering the employee lifecycle across recruitment, performance management, engagement, and development.
Her experience also includes a consulting and coaching phase with Leadership in International Management – SAARC & ME as Senior Coach and Consultant, where she supported leadership and team development interventions. Prior to that, she worked with Wipro Technologies as Senior HR Manager, supporting central functions and senior stakeholder engagement.
Earlier in her career, Eras Lodhi spent significant years with SKF India Ltd, where she held roles including HR Manager – Global Technical Center India, Talent Acquisition Manager, Deputy Manager – Factory HR, and L&D Partner, contributing to HR infrastructure setup, greenfield HR, centralized recruitment, capability development, performance management, and learning programs.
