Prior to joining Osmo, Eric Gust had a profound impact at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he served as Chief of Accessions. Over four years, he managed the Talent Based Branching Program, aligning cadets’ skills with suitable career fields and significantly enhancing the institution’s talent management strategies.
Before his tenure at West Point, Gust was involved in JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Military Pathways Corporate Fellowship, gaining insights into commercial banking operations and client relationship management. His extensive military background includes a pivotal role as a Corps Targeting Officer at the HQ Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, where he streamlined operations across 22 nations.
