Bringing extensive experience in human resources management and higher education, Erin will lead HR initiatives and strategies to support the organization’s mission and enhance employee engagement.

Before joining National Health Care Associates, Erin Clark served at Goodwin University for over thirteen years in various roles. Since September 2015, she has been an Adjunct Professor, where she utilized her expertise in leadership, performance management, and career counseling. In her earlier tenure, she worked as a Program Manager from December 2013 to July 2016, and as an Admissions Manager from March 2013 to July 2016. In these roles, she was responsible for employee engagement, event planning, and strategic planning, significantly contributing to the university’s operational efficiency and student success.

Prior to her time at Goodwin University, Erin was the Director of Business Operations at Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors (CSU-AAUP) from September 2017 to June 2024. Her role involved managing HR policies, payroll administration, and benefits administration, along with strategic planning and leadership development.

She also served as the Director of Operations at Blue Back Health, LLC from July 2016 to August 2017, where she managed HR operations, event planning, and budget management.
