California, United States, June 2024 – Priscilla Myles has joined the Defense Information Systems Agency as the new Director of Human Resources. Bringing a wealth of experience in human capital management and legal compliance, Priscilla will lead HR operations to support the agency’s mission and enhance employee engagement.
Before joining the Defense Information Systems Agency, Priscilla Myles served as a Human Resources Specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration from June 2020 to June 2024. In this role, she excelled in change management, policy analysis, and employee engagement, providing strategic communications and leadership within the organization.
Prior to that, Priscilla worked at the U.S. Department of State as a Human Resources Specialist from April 2019 to June 2020. Her responsibilities included talent management, IT recruitment, and performance management, contributing to the department’s HR efficiency and organizational development.
From August 2015 to March 2019, she was the Supervisory, Marine and Family Programs at Marine Corps Community Services in Okinawa, Japan. There, she managed talent development, program management, and business process improvements, significantly enhancing employee engagement and performance.
Earlier in her career, Priscilla held the role of Human Resources Generalist at State Farm from August 2005 to December 2012, where she managed recruiting, career development, and employee relations. She also served as a Recruiter at Tandem Staffing from May 2004 to July 2005, where she delivered effective recruiting solutions and implemented a successful employee referral program.
