Colorado, United States, October 2024 – Erin Howard has taken on the role of Regional Director of Human Resources (Colorado Market) at Alpine Physician Partners. In her new position, Erin will oversee HR operations for the Colorado market, supporting the organization’s commitment to equipping physicians with tailored services and resources for providing care to seniors and vulnerable populations.
Erin brings over eight years of HR experience from Denver Health, where she most recently served as Associate Chief HR Officer, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, performance management, and leadership development.
Prior to this, Erin held the role of Senior Director of Workforce & Organizational Development at Denver Health, where she was responsible for employee engagement, talent management, and workforce development across the organization.
Erin also worked as Director of Organizational Development, where she led initiatives in lean process improvement and leadership training for over five years, further developing her expertise in human resources.
Earlier in her career, Erin managed educational programs and staff development in various non-profit organizations such as Denver Kids, Inc. and The Bridge Project, bringing her passion for community outreach and educational leadership into her HR roles.
