Paritosh Vaishnav Appointed Director, People & Culture at Conversive

Pune, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 —Paritosh Vaishnav has joined Conversive as Director, People & Culture, marking a significant milestone in his progressive leadership journey in human capital strategy and organizational transformation.

In his new role, Paritosh will lead the people and culture agenda at Conversive, aligning HR strategy with business objectives, strengthening the talent ecosystem, and fostering a high-performance, values-driven workplace culture. He will focus on driving succession planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, performance management systems, and leveraging HR technology and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.

Prior to joining Conversive, Paritosh held senior leadership roles at Uplers and Mavlers, where he most recently served as Director – People and Culture. During his tenure, he led strategic HR initiatives aligned to business strategy, designed succession planning frameworks, drove transformation and change management programs, and implemented OKR- and KPI-driven performance systems. He also mentored HR teams, strengthened employee engagement frameworks, managed industrial relations, and embedded analytics-led HR practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Paritosh held key talent acquisition leadership roles at Vistaprint, where he owned end-to-end hiring strategy for the Ahmedabad office, led employer branding initiatives, implemented behavioral interviewing frameworks, and drove recruitment process automation. He also contributed to talent acquisition and HR leadership at Jaipur Rugs Group and Gravita India Limited, building strong foundations in workforce planning and organizational development.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, where he completed his PGCHRM in Human Resources Management, Paritosh brings a strong blend of strategic HR leadership, talent architecture expertise, and business acumen to Conversive.

His appointment reinforces Conversive’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce and sustaining a people-first culture as it continues to scale globally.
