Winston-Salem, North Carolina, United States, July 2024 – Ewa Lorick has been promoted to the position of Vice President Human Resources at The Budd Group. With over 14 years of dedicated service at The Budd Group, Ewa brings extensive experience and expertise to her new role.
Ewa Lorick has been with The Budd Group for approximately 14 years and 6 months. Prior to her promotion, she served as the Assistant Vice President Human Resources for about 2 years. In this role, Ewa provided executive-level strategic leadership, delivering proactive and practical HR solutions that aligned with business objectives and goals. She was also responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, while identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
Before that, Ewa held the position of Director Human Resources for nearly 5 years. She coordinated HR and company policies and programs, ensuring that the organization was in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Ewa worked closely with the Executive team in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, and activities.
From 2012 to 2017, Ewa served as the Corporate Human Resources Manager, where she was responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies. She also worked as a Human Resources & Operations Coordinator from 2010 to 2012, providing support in HR and operations.
Earlier in her career, Ewa held various roles, including Manager at European Touch, Inc., and Sr. Billing Coordinator at GMAC Insurance.
