New York City, NY, USA, May 2024 – Eyal Harari has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of Allot, a pioneering firm in network intelligence and security solutions. His role will focus on enhancing service providers and enterprise solutions globally.
Eyal Harari has a distinguished career spanning over two decades at RADCOM, where he most recently served as CEO from November 2019 until March 2024. During his leadership, RADCOM experienced 18 consecutive quarters of revenue growth, a remarkable 80% increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and a turnaround from a loss to 20% net profit margin. His tenure was marked by the transition to a robust recurring revenue SaaS business model and the execution of strategic M&As to broaden the product portfolio and increase market share.
Prior to his role as CEO, Eyal led RADCOM’s operations in North America as the CEO of RADCOM Inc. from December 2016 to November 2019. Here, he was responsible for spearheading the company’s business across the region, significantly impacting growth and operational strategies.
Before ascending to executive leadership, Eyal was the Chief Operating Officer of RADCOM. In this role, he was a pivotal figure in navigating the company through the NFV market’s evolution, one of the telecom industry’s biggest revolutions in recent decades.
Earlier in his career, Eyal was the Senior Vice President of Products, Marketing, and Business Development at RADCOM from February 2012 to December 2015, where he led the company’s strategic shift from hardware to software products, focusing on investments in NFV.
Eyal’s rich background also includes various senior roles where he managed product visions, marketing strategies, and business development, particularly focusing on service assurance and customer experience management in the telecommunications sector.
