Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, March 2025 – Unifrutti Group has appointed Fargia Lamrabet as Group Chief Digital Officer, where she will lead the company’s global digital transformation strategy. With a strong background in technology, IT-enabled business transformation, and digital innovation, she will focus on modernizing Unifrutti’s digital ecosystem, optimizing its supply chain, and leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Unifrutti Group, Fargia spent over eight years at Louvre Abu Dhabi, serving as IT Director and Acting IT Director – Special Projects, where she played a key role in digital strategy, enterprise IT transformation, and operational excellence. Her leadership extended to technology infrastructure, Green IT initiatives, and business process optimization, ensuring long-term sustainability and efficiency.
Before her tenure at Louvre Abu Dhabi, she worked as Senior Managing Consultant at Weave, where she led business process engineering and change management initiatives. She also held roles at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking and Unisys, where she was instrumental in technology roadmapping, digital transformation, and virtualization projects.
Fargia holds a technology-focused education background, including time at UC Santa Barbara, and has been recognized for her strategic leadership in IT, infrastructure management, and data analytics. Her expertise in agritech, precision agriculture, and IT-enabled business transformation will support Unifrutti’s vision of enhancing digital capabilities across global markets.
