Baku, Azerbaijan, September 2024 – Farid Taghiyev has been promoted to the position of Head of Human Resources Department overseeing the Hospitality, Entertainment, Construction, and Real Estate Groups at Azersun Holding. In this role, he will be responsible for driving HR strategies and managing talent development across multiple sectors within the company, leveraging his extensive HR expertise.
Farid has been with Azersun Holding for over 12 years, most recently serving as Head of Recruitment and Onboarding Department for nearly five years. During his tenure in this role, he led the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, enhancing the company’s talent acquisition processes and successfully onboarding new employees across various business units.
Before that, Farid worked as an Expert at the Azersun Assessment Center for over seven years, where he was responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, supporting recruitment processes, and aligning talent with business needs. His contributions were vital in optimizing talent management across the company.
Earlier in his career, Farid served as Recruitment Manager for over five years, followed by roles as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Specialist, where he developed a keen understanding of the company’s HR operations and cultivated strong recruitment strategies that contributed to the company’s growth.
